From April 2016 the standard equipment of the BMW X3 and BMW X4 will also include multifunction buttons on the steering wheel, rain-sensing wipers and Cruise Control with Braking function. And new equipment lines will create additional scope for individualization. The range of variants available as an alternative to standard specification will include the new Advantage model alongside the xLine and M Sport models.

The Chestnut Bronze metallic shade will be introduced as a new exterior paint finish for the BMW X3 and BMW X4. And new variants will also be added to the selection of optional light-alloy wheels. New equipment options available for both models include telephony with wireless charging and the wi-fi hotspot function. Working together with the optional Navigation system Professional, the iDrive operating system now also offers innovative menu graphics for the Control Display in the BMW X3 and BMW X4, using tile symbols arranged side-by-side.
