BMW Abu Dhabi is notorious for their adventures car projects across the entire range of BMW vehicles. But one particular stands out among the best – a BMW M4 Coupe in the flashy, yet tasteful Java Green. The Middle East-based dealership chose the special color from the BMW Individual Catalog at a cost of around $5,000.
But no M4 stands out more than one that features a series of aerodynamic upgrades. With the help of the BMW M Performance Catalog, Manhart Racing and AC Schnitzer, this M4 now sports a front carbon fiber splitter painted in Java Green, paired with carbon fiber air curtains and a kidney grille also finished in Java Green and with the M colors on the slats. M Performance side sills – also the same body color – run across the length of the car before it reaches the rear end where an M Performance carbon fiber diffuser is surrounded by a custom exhaust system.
The racing wing sitting on the trunk was provided by AC Schnitzer to increase downforce and handling.
Next on the upgrades list was the 3.0 liter six-cylinder inline engine which now boasts 540 horsepower and 685 Nm of torque (505 lb-ft). The power gains were achieved through a Manhart Racing ECU remap paired with a racing Akrapovic Evolution Exhaust System.
To match the size and value of the exterior upgrades, the dealership also worked on enhancing the M4’s cabin. The sporty coupe features a carbon fiber trim and Alcantara wrapped M Performance Steering Wheel.
Pricing hasn’t been announced, but one can safely assume that the total bill for those upgrades is north of $20,000.
