From England reach us some more photos of the new 2015 BMW 7 Series with M Sport Package. This is also the first time we see the luxury sedan in the elegant Carbon Black Metallic color which is only available with the M Sport package.
Thanks to the BMW Individual high-gloss Shadow Line, the lateral trim strip in black and the chrome inserts in the front bumper, this 7 Series gets a luxurious look to complement the sportiness of the dynamic package.
The BMW 7 Series G12 shown here also travels on the 20-inch light alloy wheels Double-spoke style 648 M with mixed tires and two-tone look, properly filling the wheel arches of the luxury sedan.
Under the hood, this 730Ld comes with the B57 265 bhp straight six-cylinder diesel. The new engine accelerates the sedan – even in the somewhat heavier long-wheelbase version – in 5.9 seconds from 0 to 100 km/h and effortlessly reaching the electronically limited top speed of 250 km/h.
But where the engine really shines is with its efficiency – depending on the tires – the 730Ld reports a standard consumption in the EU cycle of 4.8 to 5.2 liters per 100 kilometers. With standard 17 inch wheels, the CO2 emissions are rated at 127 grams per kilometer; the 20-inch has a CO2 value of 137 grams.
