Java Green is back again. One of the flashiest, yet attractive colors, Java Green has been used on several BMWs before, from a special one-off 1M to M3, M4 and M6 models. This latest example comes from Abu Dhabi where the local dealership displayed a BMW 6 Series Convertible facelift in the BMW Individual-produced color.
In combination with color, the 6 Series Convertible gets the M Sport Package, a significantly more aggressive aero package with large air inlets and color-contrasting diffuser insert.
The BMW 650i Convertible is powered by a 450-hp twin-turbo V8 that delivers a sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.6 seconds; the xDrive model is one tenth of a second faster.
The BMW Individual catalog includes not only matte finishes like the Frozen Silver, Frozen Cashmere Silver, Frozen Bronze, Frozen Brilliant White and Frozen Grey,but also metallic paints such as Citrine Black, Ruby Black, Tanzanite Blue, Brilliant White, Moonstone and Pure Metal Silver. More exotic colors such as Java Green are available as well.
