Matt Farrah of The Smoking Tire took a BMW M235i xDrive to the Gingerman Raceway to see how the car handles on wet and dry track.
In pouring rain, Farrah decided to push the M235i xDrive to its limits and see how it handles the wet pavement. The following day, he decided to repeat the test but this time around on a dry track.
BMW M235i Coupe is the pinnacle of the performance models available with the 2 Series Coupe. At least until the M2 arrives. It features a higher-output M Performance TwinPower Turbo inline six, mated to either an 8-speed sport automatic or six-speed manual transmission.
Maximum power of 320 hp is generated between 5,800 and 6,000 rpm, from a displacement of 3.0 liters. The maximum torque of 330 lb-ft is available between 1,400 and 4,500 rpm.
