German tuning house Manhart Racing previews their upcoming project based on the new BMW X5 M. Dubbed, MHX5 750, the racing machine from Manhart will develop, as you might have guessed, 750 horsepower.

The MHX5 750 will feature a slightly redesigned exterior with a front spoiler, blacked out grille and a ventilated carbon fiber hood. Other upgrades to the exterior include carbon fiber mirror caps, rear diffuser and new exhaust system. The super sporty SUV also sits on new wheels, 23″ and judging by these initial photos, it will also feature carbon ceramic brakes.

Under the hood, the twin-turbo 4.4-liter V8 engine now produces 750 hp and 1000 Nm (737 lb-ft) of torque. To achieve these impressive numbers, the engineers at Manhart upgraded the turbochargers with a new ECU.

No sprint numbers are available at the moment, but with the stock X5 M doing 0 to 62 mph in 4.2 seconds, we expect the MHX5 750 to drop below 4 seconds for the same sprint.
