This is definitely one of the most interesting BMW M6 Gran Coupe builds we have seen lately. The white painted four-door coupe went to European Auto Source to be properly modded and dynoed.
R1 Motorsports was responsible for the initial project before engaging European Auto Source to determine its power at the wheels.
Everybody knew the M6 is a modding-friendly platform, but the results are simply amazing.
Let’s review first the modifications done.
This Gran Coupe M6 features a set of ADV.1 Wheels installed as the most noticeable part of the exterior. After that, you will find a Vorsteiner carbon fiber front lip spoiler, a rear diffuser and a Vorsteiner carbon fiber trunk spoiler together with BMW M Performance gloss black kidney grilles, a set of iND painted side markers and the iND painted trunk badge.
To get the car’s ride height lowered and to provide some more performance in cornering, a KW Variant 3 Coilover System was installed. It also allows for a better stance, with these ADV.1 Wheels standing out even more.
A Meisterschaft Exhaust System rounds up the performance modifications.
In stock form, the 4.4-liter BMW M TwinPowerTurbo V8 engine displaces 560 horsepower.
This M6 Gran Coupe showed off by putting down 627 hp and 544 ft-lb of torque at the wheels on the European Auto Source in-house Dynojet. Those numbers equate to roughly 750hp at the crank.
To put the final touches on this build, the shop added the M Performance electronic steering wheel and the matching carbon fiber DCT shift knob from the M Performance Parts catalog.
