Just a few weeks ago we ran an article on the favorite exterior finishes for a BMW M3 and one that stand out particularly was the Estoril Blue paint job.
The popular Estoril Blue can be seen today on most of the sporty BMWs, from the M135i to the M235i and even on some 435i models.
So when a BMW M235i in Estoril Blue went to European Auto Source for some aftermarket goodies, we knew we had to take a closer look.
With the BMW M2 coming out soon with beefier looks and updated performance, the already available BMW M235i is no slouch for owners who wish to have something more normal for their daily driving.
Powered by a 3.0-liter BMW TwinPower Turbo inline 6-cylinder engine developing 320 horsepower, it clearly packs more than enough power to provide its driver and passengers with ample performance and driving dynamics.
For this project, the owner worked closely with EAS to develop a unique and stylish exterior appearance. The M235i now features some high-quality aftermarket parts, such as BBS Wheels, M Performance Parts, Macht Schnell parts and iND Distribution accessories.
The most recognizeable part is without a doubt the BBS CH-R wheels. Known within the aftermarket tuning scene for their quality and classic designed wheels, the BBS rims are the pinnacle of aftermarket wheels.
The wheels added to this BMW M235i are sized 18 inches front and rear, coming with Michelin tires. Furthermore, the owner opted out to get his vehicle lowered by using a set of ST Suspension SpeedTech Coilovers which allow for improved cornering performance. The Macht Schnell wheel spacers were installed to allow the wheels to sit perfectly with this vehicle.
Additionally, you will find a selection of M Performance Parts installed: a BMW M Performance carbon fiber trunk spoiler, gloss black kidney grilles, rear diffuser (painted) and a set of BMW M Performance stainless steel exhaust tips. The finishing touches are the iND Painted Side Reflectors.
