Most of you are familiar with the ESS Supercharged BMW E92 M3 applications. This particular supercharger kit feeds 6.5PSI of boost into the S65 motor, which results in over 200whp gain on a run performed by European Auto Source on the Dynojet dyno!
The horsepower gain on a last-gen M3 is clearly impressive. So to achieve a similar performance, a Space Gray E92 M3 goes to EAS to receive some new modifications.
First, the E92 M3 received some custom wheels and aero modifications. The wheels came from HRE Performance Wheels and the BMW M Performance body parts and iND cosmetic package were used to improve the car’s looks.
The build is fitted with a beautiful set of HRE FF01 FlowForm wheels in matte black. Then, the wheels get wrapped up in Michelin PSS tires and bolted on for a completely new look. The HRE Flow Form series present a more affordable wheel layout with well-known HRE Performance Wheels designs. With Flow Form, the wheels are made in a casting process by pouring molten aluminum into a mold instead of forging the wheels. This casting is followed by rapid cooling which makes a wheel similar in strength to a forged wheel, but comes with significant cost savings.
The exterior is further enhanced with BMW’s carbon fiber front splitters and trunk spoiler, while an iND painted cosmetic package tidies up all the loose ends. This BMW E92 M3 maintains the OEM suspension, so the ride quality is just as great as it was originally designed by BMW.
