Here are the first live photos of the AC Schnitzer BMW M135i from the 2012 Essen Motor Show. The German tuner revealed their aftermarket program for the BMW M135i hatchback which is now powered by a tuned-up six-cylinder 3.0 liter engine. While in standard form, the M135i produces 320 horsepower, the upgraded engine now delivers an impressive 360 horsepower which coupled with a compact form factor, gives the M135i super performance. Maximum torque climbs from 450 to 520 Newton meters.
The extra power is achieved by AC Schnitzer through a remapped ECU, custom chrom exhaust system with four tailpipes, and possible an optimized intake system.
Besides the performance improvement, the Aachen-based tuning program includes a spring kit, front spoiler attachments (for all F2x with M Sport package), a roof spoiler (for all F20/F21) and 18, 19 or 20-inch light alloy wheels in various colors and styles.
The mode presented in Essen sports the once upon a time exclusive Valencia Orange color which was first seen on the BMW 1M.
