To honor athletes in Los Angeles for ESPN’s ESPY Awards, BMW held a private and congratulatory dinner at the SLS Hotel in Beverly Hills. The elegant evening also doubled as a platform to showcase a few new sizzling products including the 2012 M6 Convertible and the all-new 2013 6 Series Gran Coupe.

The all-new 2013 BMW 640i Gran Coupe goes on sale in the U.S. this summer with a base price of $76,895 (including $895 Destination and Handling Charge). The entry-level four-door coupe is powered by is powered by a 3.0 liter six-cylinder TwinPower rated at 225 kW/315 hp at 5,800 to 6,00 and high peak torque of 330 lb-ft, on stream between 1,300 and 4,500 rpm.
Later in the summer, the TwinPower Turbo V-8 powered 2013 BMW 650i Gran Coupe and the all-wheel drive 2013 BMW 650i xDrive Gran Coupe will join the range. These models will be priced at $87,395 and $90,395 respectively (all prices include the $895 Handling and Destination charge).
The BMW M6 Convertible will be the first of the two new M cars to arrive in US BMW Center showrooms. The M6 Convertible arrived last month and is priced at $113,995 (including $895 Destination and Handling). 2013 BMW M6 Coupe will arrive in late summer and will carry Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Prices of $106,995.
