The upcoming 2011 Geneva Motor Show will host a new MINI premiere. Dubbed “Hampton”, the MINI Clubman model will celebrate its 50th anniversary. Available in Europe in Cooper, Cooper D, Cooper S and Cooper SD variants, and Cooper and Cooper S in the United States, the “Hampton” edition brings a lot of interior and exterior changes from the regular model.
The special edition car features exclusive Reef Blue metallic paint, 17″ Twin Spoke alloy wheels with center caps incorporating a Damson Red lining (wheels in Silver or Black), bonnet stripes in Damson Red, mirror caps with Damson Red pinstripe and MINI 50 Hampton badges. A MINI 50 badge is placed on the front grille also.
The Bi-Xenon headlights feature black interior reflectors.
Inside, MINI will introduce an exclusive leather upholstery in Carbon Black with Damson Red stitching and anthracite headlining. The MINI 50 Hampton name is imprinted on door sills as well. Other exclusive interior trim combinations are offered as well.
It is unknown at the moment how many units will be produced, but expect full details to be revealed before the Geneva show.
